The viewer toolbar provides miscellaneous functions not included on standard viewer menus. These items are included in the following list.
Item descriptions
The following list describes miscellaneous toolbar and tab items:
Record View
Allows you to select another record view from the tab options. Available in Medical Record view, Encounter view, when processing assignments, and when processing dictation deficiencies. Also available when processing signature or missing text deficiencies and the Documents tab is selected.
Help
Allows you to access the context-specific Help topic for the viewer.
Dictation Job ID
Allows you enter a job ID for the current dictation deficiency. This feature must be enabled for your system.
Document export
Allows you to export bookmarked pages to a printer or to PDF format. This feature must be enabled for your system and you must be authorized to use it.
