To Select and Display Missing Text Deficiencies
To select and display missing text deficiencies, do the following:
- On the deficiency worklist, click Missing Text. The system displays your worklist of missing text deficiencies. For a description of items on the window, see Missing Text Window.
- On the deficiency worklist window, select your individual worklist or your group's worklist from the Deficiency Worklists panel.
- If the list of deficiencies is longer than the display page, use the scroll bar or Page Up/Page Down keys to move up or down the list and view all available deficiencies. You can also use the Next button to navigate to the next page of the list.
- To select all missing text deficiencies on the page, click the “select all” icon
at the top of the deficiency selection check box column.
- To deselect all missing text deficiencies on the page, click the “deselect all” icon
at the top of the check box column.
- Do one of the following:
- To review and process only selected deficiencies, click the check box in front of the deficiency you want, then click Process.
- To review and process all deficiencies, with or without deficiencies selected, click Process All.
- To decline selected deficiencies from the worklist, click Decline. See Declining Deficiencies.
You can process a single deficiency by clicking the Document link on the worklist grid. You can view newly added deficiencies by clicking the worklist name, clicking another worklist, or clicking on a column heading.
For Process or Process All, the system displays the PIN entry window.
- Enter your 1-6 character alphanumeric PIN code. (Any alphanumeric characters used are case-sensitive.)
- Click OK. The system verifies your PIN and launches the viewer as follows:
- Process: The viewer displays the document image for the first selected deficiency.
- Process All: The viewer displays the document image for the first deficiency in the list.
