To edit your Deficiency Worklist Preferences

To set default options for the way deficiency information is displayed, follow the steps below.

1. On the Deficiency Worklist window, do one of the following:
• HPFP: Click the edit button in the title bar to access the Edit Your Deficiency Worklist Preferences window.
• HPFW: Click the Options button in the title bar to access the Display Options window.
2. In the Default Deficiency Set area, select Individual or Group. The Individual option causes the system to display just the deficiencies assigned to you in the worklist. The Group option displays all the deficiencies for your physician group. Group configurations are defined in Horizon Patient Folder Workstation.

Note: When you select Group, only the deficiency types that you have permission to complete for the group will be displayed under Default Deficiency Type.

3. In the Default Deficiency Type area, click the Signature, Dictation, or Missing Text option button to specify which deficiency type will be selected when you access the Deficiency Worklist module.
4. In the Change PIN code area, change your PIN by making the appropriate entries in the old and new PIN fields. Reenter your PIN. PIN codes should be no longer than 6 alphnumeric characters. (Any alphanumeric characters are case sensitive.)
5. The AutoSign Time option is available only if enabled by the enterprise and if the enterprise setting is less than 10 seconds. Your individual setting cannot be set to less than the enterprise setting. For example, if the enterprise setting is 6 seconds, you cannot set your AutoSign Time to 4 seconds, but you could set it at 6 seconds.

   From the list, select a whole number of seconds to view the timed display of signature deficiencies. Your options are whole numbers between the enterprise setting and 10 seconds.

Notes: If you do not set this preference, the system uses the enterprise setting. If you reset the AutoSign setting in HPF Workstation after you set it here, the system uses the HPF Workstation setting.

6. Click Save to save changes.
