The Dictation option in deficiency completion allows you to review and process dictation deficiencies. From the worklist you can select one, many, or all deficiencies. When you do this and click Process or Process All, the system forwards you to a viewer where you can view the documents in the chart for the selected deficiency. You can then complete, skip, or decline each dictation deficiency. Optionally, you can select, decline, and also complete dictation deficiencies from the worklist without invoking the viewer.
